Chef Sanjib has been one of the torch bearers for the hotel, since the lockdown started. He contributed in making menus, checking inventory and overseeing all in-house orders. He has been instrumental in our Bakery food delivery and also in procurement process to keep the show running. He is staying in house to make sure that everything is executed smoothly.

Anirudha Sohani travelled from Ulwe every day (34 km one way) to reach hotel and worked with full commitment and dedication. The hotel offered him a room to stay and he has been working every day multiple shifts, making up for his team members who are not able to make travel due to the lockdown. He works round the clock taking regular rounds of the property to ensure the safety and security of the guests and the teams within the premises.
